Rikiya is a leader of a small group in Wakayama and was kind of a neighbor and ally of Rocket.
Personality
Kamakiri attacks the area and kills some of his minions (while others simply escape). Rikiya is tortured but he manages to sneak away. He eventually meets his old friend Rocket and begs him to escape as Kamakiri shows up with his pack. Rikiya attacks Kamakiri despite his wounds in order to help Rocket. This angers Kamakiri and he kills Rikiya by ripping his throat open.
